What is the Therapy-As-Needed Program?
We believe that therapy should be productive, efficient, and accessible. In our therapy-as-needed program, therapist and client co-create a plan with a specific and strategic session goal, then quickly get to work on achieving that goal.
Depending on the client, that goal may be achieved in a single session, in a couple of sessions, or in sporadic check-ins over the course of time. Our therapists use a tactical approach and place specific emphasis on client autonomy, encouraging significant progress outside of therapy sessions by assigning curated readings, reflection exercises and other resources.
What happens next?
You will receive a confirmation email from us and it will request you to set up your Healthie account. If you do not see that email, please first check your spam folder and then reach out to us at campushealth@goodhumanwork.com.
Once your account is created, you will be prompted to complete our intake consent forms electronically. Please complete and e-sign those forms. If you do not complete the intake forms prior to your session, you will need to do so at the start of your session. Hardcopy forms are available by request at the Campus Health Clinic.
For additional information on setting up your account, please see this Healthie Client support article. Please feel free to email us if you have further questions or would like additional assistance.
