What’s new?

Good Human Work, your Therapy-As-Needed provider through Campus Health, has transitioned to a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) and client portal, Healthie.

Healthie will serve as our new secure platform for:

- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Hosting telehealth/video sessions
- Completing and signing forms
- Securely storing your health information
- Communicating with your therapist

What happens next?

You will receive a confirmation email from us and it will request you to set up your Healthie account. If you do not see that email, please first check your spam folder and then reach out to us at cma@goodhumanwork.com.

Once your account is created, you will be prompted to complete our intake consent forms electronically. Please complete and e-sign those forms. If you do not complete the intake forms prior to your session, you will need to do so at the start of your session. Hardcopy forms are available by request at the CMA Clinic.

For additional information on setting up your account, please see this Healthie Client support article. Please feel free to email us if you have further questions or would like additional assistance.

Good Human Work uses the Healthie platform to help facilitate the care we provide you, host video visits, and securely retain your information. If you would like further information, please feel free to ask us or visit Healthie’s Client Support Portal.

Beginning August 26, we welcome all clients, returning or new, to create a client account at any time. From our Campus Health website, www.goodhumanwork.com/campushealth or our QR-code provided here, you can click on the link to Healthie(?). You will be directed to:

  • Create your account and password

  • Complete your basic demographic information

  • Electronically sign the required intake forms

You may also want to download the app for quick access to scheduling.

After you have completed these steps, scheduling any future Therapy-As-Needed sessions is easy! Just log in to your account on your desktop or phone app and click on “Book Session”.

While transitioning to a new system can be an adjustment, Healthie offers a simpler and more streamlined experience than our previous platform, making it easier for you to access care, contact a therapist, and manage your information.

We're excited to offer a more user-friendly experience and appreciate your patience as we make this transition. Thank you for helping us continue to provide you with high-quality, accessible care.

What is the Therapy-As-Needed Program?

We believe that therapy should be productive, efficient, and accessible. In our therapy-as-needed program, therapist and client co-create a plan with a specific and strategic session goal, then quickly get to work on achieving that goal.

Depending on the client, that goal may be achieved in a single session, in a couple of sessions, or in sporadic check-ins over the course of time. Our therapists use a tactical approach and place specific emphasis on client autonomy, encouraging significant progress outside of therapy sessions by assigning curated readings, reflection exercises and other resources.
