Sessions typically take place during the day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Fridays.

Yes. Our therapy-as-needed services are 100% free to you. The cost is covered completely by Andersen Construction.

No. We do not share any of your private information with Andersen Construction and/or your employer. Andersen Construction and/or your employer receive no information about who utilizes our services and no information about what is discussed in sessions.

Therapy sessions take place onsite at the site office. If needed, we can accommodate virtual online sessions as well.

Please try to arrive a few minutes prior to your session. When you arrive, please wait outside the door until the therapist comes out to meet you.

This depends on your goals. Some goals can be achieved in as little as one session, while other goals may require more time.

If your needs/goals would be better served by a more intensive or more specialized service, we will do our best to help you find service options that fit your needs, budget, and available benefits. It’s completely your choice whether or not you want to follow through on any referral. You will still have access to therapy-as-needed services.
