Yes. Our services are 100% free to you. The cost is covered completely by Andersen Construction.

No. We do not share any of your private information with Andersen Construction and/or your employer. Andersen Construction and/or your employer will not receive information that will identify you in any way.

Services typically take place during the day on Tuesdays in the Thrive Trailer onsite (near the medical trailer) and Thrive Room at the Two Town Center building. If needed, we can accommodate virtual sessions as well.

This depends on your goals. Some goals can be achieved in as little as one session, while other goals may require more time.

If your needs/goals would be better served by a more intensive or more specialized service, we will do our best to help you find service options that fit your needs, budget, and available benefits. It’s completely your choice whether or not you want to follow through on any referral. You will still have access to our onsite services.
