meet yasha.
Healing is possible. Healing is a gentle process of understanding your experiences, letting go of what weighs you down, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that feel whole and authentic.
It’s not about erasing the past but about learning how to live fully and freely in the present. My mission is to guide you through this transformative process, offering understanding, compassion, and proven tools to help you find peace and restoration.
My approach:
Specializing in trauma-focused therapy, I use evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These approaches help untangle the pain of past experiences, shift unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful strategies for lasting growth.
At the heart of my work is creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel understood and supported. I approach every session with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for your story. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you face, uncover insights, and empower you to create a life that feels true to the person you wish to be.
My background:
With over a decade of experience, I hold a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s from the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School. My career has spanned residential and outpatient care and private practice, focusing on helping individuals heal from trauma and emotional challenges.
Outside of therapy, I find balance through pottery, woodworking, and time spent in nature. These creative pursuits remind me of the beauty in imperfection and the transformative power of growth—lessons I carry into my work with clients.
When you're ready, I’m here.
